- We made the oldest dialectal term for the land planted with vines our name – Wingert.
- Our wines come exclusively from individual small plots – authentic, recognizable wines are the result.
- We advocate the principle of salutogenesis (preservation of health)- we like to brew the tonics for our vines ourselves and recognize a meaning in every single insect and plant.
- We identify with minimalism – we limit ourselves to the most necessary buildings and equipment.
- We are strong in viticulture and entrust the vinification to professionals – The FiBL winery is our partner.
